Delete Arrival English Data

Steps to delete local learning data or request deletion of support and purchase-support records.

No account is required. Arrival English stores learning progress on your device. You can delete it without contacting us.

Delete learning data in the app

  1. Open Arrival English.
  2. Open Library.
  3. Select Delete learning data.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

This deletes lesson progress, practice history, confidence choices and favourites stored by Arrival English on that device. You can also clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Delete any exported learning-data files separately from the location where you saved or shared them.

Reset other local choices

Reminder settings, accessibility preferences and cached purchase-entitlement state are local app data. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes those local settings. Store purchase records remain with Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Store under their policies; restoring or validating the ad-free entitlement may recreate a local entitlement cache.

Request deletion from TECHTENSTEIN INC

Email contact@mintback.app with the subject “Arrival English data deletion request”. State whether your request concerns a support email, purchase-support correspondence or another record, and provide only the minimum information needed to locate it. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or complete purchase tokens.

We will delete personal information that TECHTENSTEIN INC controls unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims or other legal obligations. Where retention is required, we restrict the record to that purpose and delete it when the applicable period ends. Advertising, app-store, email and website providers control some records under their own policies; we will explain the appropriate provider route when the data is not under our control.

Response and verification
